Section 1031 Exchange Transactions
The members of the firm have formed Northern Colorado Property Exchange, Inc. (NCPE) to facilitate Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges. NCPE serves as a Qualified Intermediary (QI) under the tax code. NCPE handles numerous Section 1031 exchanges including multiple property, delayed and reverse exchanges.
